Membership
Any nurse holding the Alfred Hospital General Nursing certficate shall be eligible to apply to become a member.
A registered nurse with a minimum of one year's service at the Alfred Hospital shall be eligible to apply to become a member.

Newsletter
The AHNL produces a newsletter "Nursing Notes" 3 times per year: February, May and September.Deadlines for submission are the last Friday of the month of:
- March for the May issue
- July for the September issue
- November for the January issue of the following year
